All over but the crying

Today I picked up the keys! Although I don't take possession as owner until 30 November, I am renting it from the vendor for 6 weeks. Now I don't have to be all stressed about coordinating my move-out with move-in and all that other stuff.

The house looks pretty much as I remember it. :-) My realtor gave me some really good ideas about things that I can do to maximize value and make her as perfect as she can be. I can't wait to get started!
